What is included in a Custom Cross Stitch kit?

The Custom Cross Stitch kit provides everything necessary to complete your personalised design. It includes a PDF file and a printed chart of your design, DMC floss for embroidery, Aida Cloth, a threader, bobbins, needles, and a convenient tote bag.

All kits are crafted using 14 count Aida cloth, but we also have other sizes available upon request. We meticulously match colours using up to 35 shades of DMC floss.

Your Custom Cross Stitch Kit comes with ample stranded DMC floss, ensuring you have enough to complete your design. The kit includes an easy-to-read colour chart with corresponding symbols, printed on high-quality A4 paper.

What types of photos work best for a Custom Cross Stitch?

We recommend using clear and sharp images, as they yield the best results in the final design. If desired, we can make edits such as adding names, dates, quotes, flowers, and more.

I only need a digital file - PDF for my Custom Cross Stitch design?

If you have an extensive collection of threads and Aida cloth at home, we can accommodate your preference for a digital file. Simply email us at custom@crossandstitch.com, and we will promptly provide you with the digital design file. If you prefer a physical copy, we can also send it to you upon request.
